Where can I receive my order?

We ship products only to Eurpian Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

You can receive it at the address of your choice (at home, work, etc., we do not ship to P.O. Boxes).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected.
Delivery takes between 8 and 14 working days.
Due to Corona virus some shipments can delay.

How much cost shipping?

The delivery of our products is free of charge.

Are the delivery conditions the same during the sales?

Usually, it takes 1 working day to prepare products for shipment. However, during the sales offs, it may take 2 additional working days to prepare your order for shipment.
During the Covid19 epidemy, delivery times may be longer. All orders made during this period will be home deliveries.

What is the process for home deliveries?

We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment (when you order is about to leave the warehouse) and finally the transport company will contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.
